Improving building performance in the U.S. House and Senate office buildings

The scope of work featured changing out old pneumatic controls and antiquated systems in the historic office buildings, dating back to the early 1900s, to new state-of-the-art direct digital building automation equipment. Albireo retrofitted more than 100 air handling unit systems, 1200 wireless sensors, multiple HVAC systems, secondary water systems and exhaust fans in six buildings which house legislators and their staff members total 6.6 million square feet.
