As Talent Acquisition Manager for Albireo Energy, Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in recruitment. Based in Charlotte, NC, Jennifer joined Albireo Energy in 2018. Jennifer’s extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on Sales and Upper Management positions, both domestic and international, is invaluable to the human resources team at Albireo.
Prior to joining Albireo, Jennifer was the Talent Acquisition Manager for Climate, Controls and Security, a division of United Technologies, where she managed up to 70 open positions in the HVAC and controls space. Jennifer has also worked in global recruitment for Lutron Electronics, as well as Robert Half International, where she managed a team of recruiters. Throughout her career, Jennifer has also managed campus recruitment, diversity conferences, social media, and has exceeded in obtaining buy-in from senior leadership.
In her free time Jennifer loves to dance and spend time with her twins.
