Serving as Albireo’s Southeast VP & Divisional Manager, Rich brings over 36 years of experience in the building automation industry. Throughout his career, Rich has been involved in all areas of the HVAC contracting and distribution business with a major focus on operations and business development. Prior to joining Albireo, Rich spent 34 years as an owner of an independent BAS contracting and wholesale distribution business. One of Rich’s greatest professional achievements is to have served as one of the first successful independent dealers to represent major applied equipment and BAS brands, McQuay and Johnson Controls. He earned a B.S. in finance and LEED Green Associate accreditation.
