Edison, N.J. – August 6, 2015 – Albireo Energy, LLC (“Albireo Energy”), a national building automation and energy service company delivering solutions to large commercial and institutional buildings, today announced the addition of Phil Rogers to its board of directors. In his role, Rogers will work with Albireo Energy’s leadership team and CEO Phil Bomrad to evaluate opportunities and provide ongoing strategic growth direction for the organization, specifically as it relates to acquisition integration.

Rogers currently serves as CEO of Jensen Hughes, one of the largest fire protection and life safety engineering and consulting firms worldwide, and brings 35 years of building management experience to Albireo Energy. At Jensen Hughes, he has successfully implemented and refined its strategic growth plan and provided valuable insight on integration as the company has successfully completed seven add-on acquisitions under his tenure as CEO and a member of the board of directors.
Roger’s expertise is focused on identifying and developing solutions related to energy efficiency, construction, mobile HVAC, roofing asset management, and national energy monitoring. Throughout his career, Rogers has been known as a pioneer in the energy management industry, including building automation systems (BAS), technology and smart buildings, working with many large corporations including IBM, DuPont. AT&T, Delta, Applied Materials, Nortel, and Bank of America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Ohio.
