As 2021 draws to a close, we’re looking back at our accomplishments for the year. The Albireo Energy team made great progress towards our mission to deliver meaningful, successful solutions that make a difference to our customers, communities and the environment. Much of 2021’s success can be attributed to the dedication of our employees and their impeccable standards in delivering the highest quality of service. Here are a few of the milestones that were achieved:
Master Level Eco Xpert Partner in Critical Power
Albiero Energy was certified as a Master-level EcoXpert, one of 46 companies worldwide to achieve the highest certification in building automation and energy services. Albiero intends to leverage the unparalleled knowledge as an EcoXpert partner to provide the highest level of automation and digital solutions for our customers.
District Buying Power Program Implemented
Albiero Energy has successfully managed two energy aggregation programs, Philly Buying Power and Boston Buying Power. Our Energy Division will soon take over the District (DC) program. To align with our mission to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for our customers, Albiero uses its energy expertise to provide bulk pricing for entities that contract under these programs. These innovative power buying programs positively impact the bottom line and the community.
Stellar Building Technologies Joins Albireo
To strengthen our presence in New England, Albireo acquired Stellar Building Technologies. We look forward to offering an enhanced suite of services to our customers in the Northeast.
Great Place to Work Certification 2021
It was Albireo’s honor to earn the Great Place to Work certification for the fourth year in a row. Our team is our most important asset. We are humbled that our employees responded positively to the proprietary Trust Index Employee Experience Survey stating that they embrace a great sense of pride, team and community in their work at Albireo Energy.
Chartwell Controls Limited Merger
Albireo Energy also was delighted to announce the expansion of our smart building solutions services into the European market. Chartwell Controls Limited joined the Albireo family in August. They provided building automation and energy management systems in the UK and Europe.
Commercial Control Services Joins Albireo
Commercial Control Services joined the Albireo family in September, expanding our presence in the Midwest. A leading security, HVAC, and fire safety company, CCS is committed to open solutions which align with the Albireo team’s agnostic approach. We are proud to offer our full suite of services to a new U.S. region.
