Prior to Albireo, Larry advised and served on the Boards of middle-market PE firms and their portfolio companies guiding M&A, and growth and operational excellence strategies for scale. Firms and companies include Warburg Pincus, Victor Capital Partners, Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan, Sweeping Corporation of America, SLIPNOT, and Vantage Elevator Systems. Larry also served as CEO of KONE Americas, President of Ingersoll Rand and Trane Global Services, and Vice President of Services for Xerox Corporation.
