Gina Elliott is Chief Services Officer at Buildings IOT. Gina started her “ITOT” career in converged IT solutions and has continued to work with emerging technologies. Transitioning to OT in 2007, Gina has worked in design consulting for master system integration and interoperability of smart buildings.

Prior to her position with Buildings IOT, Gina served as Chief Strategy Officer for Switch Automation leading global sales and marketing. Previously, she was Vice President of Americas for Singapore-based manufacturer, EasyIO, later acquired by Johnson Controls.

During her career, she has held positions in strategy, marketing, channel development, business development, program management and design.  She has worked with owners and operators of buildings of many sizes, uses and needs. She has been recognized in her industry as Person of the Year nominee, 100 People You Should Know, Women of the Year and 2018 nominee for The Power 100: The Most Powerful Women in the Channel and 2019 Small Business Executive of the Year.

Etrit Demaj is the Co-Founder of KODE Labs. In addition to being a key contributor to the vision and roadmap for the company, he oversees all KODE Labs’ business and technology ensuring high company standards.

Nick Theoret is a mechanical engineer with over 4 years of experience in account management. He also has a breadth of experience in software development and product management. Before KODE Labs, he was operating as a sales engineer for a lighting control company and started his career in automotive manufacturing.

He possesses strong experience with Building Management Systems, Controls, Energy Management, Facility Management, Electrical systems, HVAC, and Contract Management.

In 2019, Paul was awarded the IBcon Julie Devine Digital Impact Award for introducing innovative smart building technology to a large global corporate portfolio at a scale that advanced the industry.
