David brings more than 30 years of Building Automation, Energy Services and Facility Management experience to his position as Chief Cross Sale Officer for Albireo Energy. In this role he is responsible to produce profitable sales growth and customer retention across Albireo Energy’s 39 Divisional offices across the U.S. The strategy will focus on expanding relationships and leveraging multiple OT solutions with existing customers through client advocacy to optimize our clients facility infrastructure to reduce operating costs, reduce carbon footprint, improve occupant experience and mitigate operational risk.
Prior to Albireo Energy David held several sales and operations leadership positions with: CaravanFM as Director, Marketing & Sales to develop and implement a strategic marketing and sales strategy to diversify revenue growth opportunities in key vertical markets. Sodexo, Vice President Facility Management Sales, where he led a national business development team that focused on creating innovative facility management solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Johnson Controls, Building Efficiency Group where he led teams to deliver innovative facility management, building automation systems and energy efficiency solutions to Fortune 500 and institutional clients.
He has experience working with local, regional, national and global clients and management structures that delivered standardized solutions and results.
David holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. He is also a member of IFMA and CoreNet, and Kids Around the World as Board Member.
